Overview

6WIND HA Firewall / NAT Synchronization module allows synchronizing conntracks between two different machines. It is based on the conntrackd open source daemon.

This module synchronizes the stateful session table between the active firewall and the backup firewall.

After a failover, the backup firewall session table is already up-to-date and the traffic continues to be forwarded without session interrupt.
